Brandon founded Slipstream on January of 2020, bringing over 27 years of experience from working in the Life Science IT Consulting industry.
He is a leader who utilizes relationship-building techniques to develop and sustain "win-win" business partnerships with proven leadership experience in the areas of management, operations, sales, partnerships, and solution development.
With this experience, Brandon intends to make Slipstream a household name and market leader in the Life Sciences IT services space.
Joe has held operational and delivery leadership roles in various IT consultancies and pharmaceutical organizations for the past 25 years.
He has facilitated and managed growth in dynamic environments, assisting organizations in implementing and managing resources, process, and technology.
Raieta
Sal has spent the past 27 years in various roles which span from engineer to leadership.
He has focused on Cloud Services Operation, Remote Infrastructure Support, Private and Public Cloud and Security Services for Life Science and Pharmaceutical companies.
Keith joined Slipstream in September of 2021, having worked in Life Sciences IT & PMO consulting for the last 20 years.
Over the last 10 years, Keith has focused specifically on working in the emerging biotechnology sector by helping dozens of clients launch their first commercial product.
He currently brings 27 years of experience to Slipstream, leading our Information Management group that includes our Veeva, Commercial Applications, PMO, and Digital practices.
West Coast Sales
Eric joined Slipstream in July of 2020. He has over 19 years' experience providing IT Management and Technology Consulting services to pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries.
He has held roles in Technology Recruiting, Business Development, Sales and Marketing Management for various companies such as: TEKsystems, Alliance Life Sciences, and Highpoint Solutions.

Tom has held several roles the past 36 years, such as Sales and Marketing Professional for organizations like MC Corporation, Alliance Consulting, Alliance Global Services and Highpoint Solutions.
Focusing on the development of new regions for these organizations as they became leading technology solution providers for hardware, software and services for their Clients.
Over the last 18 years, Ashwin has managed a portfolio of products across Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Safety and Commercial solutions globally. His focus has been on developing our offerings and creating tailored solutions for our emerging, mid-size and large pharma customers.
He has helped numerous Pharma clients build business processes to solve several real-life challenges, and maintains focus on the ultimate outcome of positively impacting patient outcomes.
Tracy joined Slipstream in 2024 to build the Digital CRO division after having spent 30 years in biopharma and biopharma consulting.
Dr. Mayne has been HEOR and payer lead for multi-billion dollar medicines (Lipitor, Celebrex, Epogen, Aranesp…), has led large consulting teams at DaVita Clinical Research and Covance, but has spent the last decade focusing on start-up companies with a focus on rare disease.
He led the first FDA submission with RWE as the primary basis for approval under the new FDA guidances.

Erica has served in a variety of roles in the past 27 years in the life science industry in the areas of IT, Sales and Marketing Operations in organizations including Acorda Therapeutics, Genzyme, Optimer Pharmaceuticals, Highpoint Solutions, and IQVIA.
Developing successful PMO, sales and commercial operations solutions for emerging, small and mid-sized life sciences organizations.
End User Services
Laurie joined Slipstream in December 2020. She brings to Slipstream over 25 years of experience in IT Service Management and Delivery focusing on the life sciences, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.
She currently leads the End User Engage practice which includes our global solution offerings for Service Desk, Asset Management and Depot and Onsite Deskside Support. Laurie excels at building high performing teams, driving delivery excellence and enhancing operational efficiencies.
Digital Engage
Mike has over 15 years of experience consulting in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors with Highpoint Solutions and Slipstream IT.
He specializes in the development of websites, analytics, and SharePoint collaborations, focusing on implementing advanced technical solutions and robust governance to drive organizational success.
Mayank is a seasoned Enterprise Architect and problem solver with nearly 22 years of diverse experience. He has played a pivotal role in shaping the technical foundations and innovations that drive the success of growing companies.
As VP of Commercial Solutions & Architecture at Slipstream-IT, PA, Mayank leads enterprise architecture and solutions for the IM practice. He is known for his expertise in leading-edge innovation using the latest technologies of AI & ML.
Mayank excels in client presentations, managing P&L, conducting technical reviews, mentoring resources, and strategizing future technology solutions, making him a valuable liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Andrew Carpenter has been with Slipstream since May 2021 and currently serves as our Senior Director of Customer Success. With over a decade of experience as an IT Consultant in the life sciences, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries.
Andrew leads our team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring exceptional operational efficiency and account management. His strategic guidance enhances service delivery and sustained client relationships at Slipstream.

Daxton joined Slipstream in August of 2022. He brings to Slipstream over 23 years of experience where he was immersed in the dynamic world of enterprise managed service providers focusing on the life sciences, business, and many other industries.
He currently leads the Cloud Services practice which includes our global solution offerings for Network Operation Center, infrastructure, Cloud Platforms, Hosting, Networking and Security Support.
Daxton’s commitment is providing continuous transformation of new services, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Vincenza brings over 35 years of pharmaceutical industry expertise, with a significant focus on Commercial spanning 15 years. At Slipstream, her primary focus lies in crafting customized proposals and tailored solutions for our diverse clientele, including emerging, mid-size, and large pharmaceutical companies. Our comprehensive solution portfolio includes services across Strategy, Implementation, and Managed Services, covering the full spectrum of Veeva and Salesforce products.
Suri
Nitin became a part of Slipstream in September 2021, contributing a wealth of experience spanning more than 20 years in IT Service Management and Delivery, particularly within the life sciences, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Presently, he spearheads Slipstream's Veeva commercial and salesforce practice, overseeing our comprehensive solutions worldwide, encompassing Implementation & Managed Support Services for Veeva's commercial suite, including Veeva CRM, Network, Align, and ETL Data Integrations.
Additionally, Nitin leverages his industry expertise to implement marketing cloud, service cloud, and health cloud offerings from Salesforce tailored specifically for the Biotech industry.

Tom joined Slipstream in 2020 and has been working as a Life Sciences IT consultant for fifteen years. In 2014, he began focusing on Veeva Vault application managed services and implementations. As a certified Veeva Vault Vault Administrator with over ten years of experience across all platforms, he leads a highly skilled team to provide white glove service to our clients.
